We missed a week!
For those of you who have been following our “What’s in the window?” blog, we’re sorry! It’s been a busy few weeks here at Wedding Belles, brushing up on our skills on courses and attending wedding fayres, but we’re back! And very pleased to show you what’s in this week’s windows…
Sadly, summer is almost completely over, but with the nights drawing in and the moon showing his face earlier and earlier our sparkly wedding dresses are really coming in to their own. This week we’ve got some show stopping beaded wedding dresses on display in our boutique windows, with gorgeous illusion backs.
Maggie Sottero – Everly
This elegant fit-and-flare wedding dress features a tulle overlay of beaded lace motifs, creating an illusion bateau over sweetheart neckline, illusion cap-sleeves, illusion scoop back, and beautiful scallop hemline. Finished with pearl buttons and zipper closure.
Sottero and Midgley – Grady
This vintage-inspired wedding dress features a tulle overlay accented in geometric lace motifs with beading and pearls, creating an illusion jewel over sweetheart neckline, illusion cap-sleeves, and an illusion scoop back. Lined with Inessa Jersey for a luxe fit. Finished with pearl buttons and zipper closure.

St Patrick STUDIO – Zaltana
Zaltana is a mermaid dress in lace and Chantilly with guipure appliqués and floral motifs in thread embroidery and beading. The front and back necklines stand out for their illusions in which the fabric blends into the skin to create a spectacular effect. The lining can be removed to make the illusions blend into the silhouette.
We love Zaltana’s unusual lace and exquisite beadwork, and the fact that the illusion back is smooth and free of button or zip closures. This stunning discounted wedding dress is a size 12, and was originally priced £2640. She’s now priced at just £1600.
